Willkar Associates, LLC. was started in 2000 as a vehicle to provide contract pilot services. As you go through the pages of this site, I hope you will get a feeling of who I am and what kind of services I can provide for you.

One of my main objectives in building this site was to make it convenient for clients to obtain my most current training records. My resume, credentials,and training records can all be viewed and downloaded using the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader. Please note that my credentials and Passport require a "username" and "password" that I will be happy to provide upon request.
